The Sevan Childhood Foundation is built on compassion, community, and the belief that meaningful change happens when people come together in service of a shared purpose.
Whether you have professional expertise, lived experience, or simply a desire to uplift children and families, your involvement can make an extraordinary difference.
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join us in our early growth stage. All roles are volunteer and unpaid at this time, but as the Foundation expands, selected positions may evolve into formal leadership or Board of Directors opportunities with modest stipends.
There is absolutely no expectation or pressure — we welcome support only from those who feel called to contribute.
We are looking for passionate individuals to support the following areas:
Help create accessible materials for families, covering topics such as ASD awareness, early signs, assessment pathways, funding programs, and community supports.
Assist in building clear, transparent internal processes for how families can apply for assistance and how programming will operate as we grow.
Connect with community organizations, schools, cultural groups, and families to identify children in need of ASD assessments or early intervention support.
Support the coordination of events, campaigns, and engagement activities that raise awareness and resources for the Foundation's work.
Help establish relationships with psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, behavioural consultants, and other clinical professionals.
Assist with organizing financial documentation, basic bookkeeping, and helping prepare compliance materials for CRA charitable registration and reporting.
Contribute to branding, graphic design, website updates, and digital outreach as the Foundation builds its presence.
As the Foundation continues to grow, we are also identifying individuals who may be suitable for future Board of Directors positions.
These roles will involve governance, oversight, community representation, and strategic support. Board roles will remain unpaid during the early stages, with the potential for a modest stipend once charitable status and operational funding are secured.
If you are interested in contributing your time, skills, or passion — in any capacity — we would be honoured to hear from you.
Every role, every effort, and every voice helps us achieve our mission of ensuring children receive early support during the most formative years of their lives.
Together, we can open doors, create access, and uplift families who need it most.
To get involved, please contact us. We'll be in touch to discuss how your unique skills and passions can support our mission.
We welcome all individuals who share our values of compassion, equity, and service.
